About the Event

Coach Jae will co-create a safe space to engage in mindfulness through meditation. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in self-care techniques in a community of belonging aimed to increase mental clarity.

Meet your Host: Coach Jae is a Marriage Family Therapist and a Professional Clinical Counselor. She received her Master's degree from Brandman University. She attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology from California State University, San Bernardino. She believes in co-creating safe spaces and providing a non-bias, non-judgement space to just be. She believes  “we are all born with innate solutions and tools to overcome our obstacles, barriers and or issues in life. [The] journey may not be butterflies and rainbows, but through your efforts and willingness to trust the process, you have the opportunity to be RESTORED.”
