About the event
Black Womxn United is hosting a Sound Bath and Healing Space for Black, Indigenous, and Women of Color trans women, and non-binary people.
Our event will provide restorative care, mental health support, nutritious food, and childcare. The focus is on helping BIPOC women regulate their nervous systems, reduce stress, and lower blood pressure.
*Mats and pillows will be available but, we encourage everyone to bring their own.
*Childcare(Ages 2-17) and refreshments provided
